A pair of kmfm presenters have visited a primary school for a surprise PE lesson ahead of a charity football match.
Rob Wills, who hosts the breakfast show with Numi Gildert, will be joining Rochester City Football Club as they take on Inter Legends FC at the Gallagher Stadium in Maidstone.
Ahead of the game, the pair decided to attend a training session with some of Kent’s toughest critics – primary school pupils.
During the surprise visit to Eythorne Elvington Community Primary School in Dover, teachers got Rob stretching as the class put him through his paces.
As for their verdict – some thought Rob was “a great team player” while others were a little more honest – calling him “too chatty” to be any good on the pitch.
The fundraiser on Saturday, May 31, will be packed with activities – including youth team matches, auctions and raffles to win prizes, face painting and much more before kick-off at 3pm.
It’s set to be a day full of fun, all for an incredible cause.
The fundraiser is in aid of My Shining Star, a children’s cancer charity based in Rainham.
The non-profit organisation is close to Rob and Numi’s hearts and kmfm has previously supported it during its Christmas toy appeal, Give a Gift.
