Police have shut a road in both directions due to a “serious” crash involving a motorbike and a car.

The incident took place on the B260 Main Road in Longfield near the Shell garage and The Railway Tavern.

The road is shut between Whitehill Road and Hartley Road.

A police spokesperson said: “Officers are currently at the scene of a serious collision involving a car and a motorbike.

“The road is closed while inquiries are completed at the scene.”
